About The Position

Head of Brazil Business Development Brazil

Position is located in Brazil, SP.

Imagine there was a platform that allows operating multiple autonomous vehicles, in the air and on the ground, across the globe, from a single location. How awesome would that be?! What if you were the one to help build it from scratch? Blue White Robotics is a world leader in autonomous technologies and unmanned systems.

We are looking for a local Head of Business Development Brazil to join our ranks and take part in our unique operation in Brazil. In this position you will report to the VP of Operations and be responsible for heading all of current business development efforts, manage local teams, lead generation, customer relationship maintenance and leading relationship until contract closing.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing

● Lead all business development for our drone operation in agriculture – crop scouting, spraying, pollination and more.

●     Bring new customers and close deals.

●     Form partnerships with key players in the industry.

●     Manage local biz dev and sales teams.

●     Managing ongoing relations with existing customers.

●     Assistance with local marketing campaigns.

●     Preparing and meeting work plans and goals, in close coordination with the global company HQ in Israel and the US. 


Requirements - does this describe you

●     At least 5 years experience in Business Development.

●     MUST have relevant experience and network in the agriculture industry.

●     MUST have fluent English - written and spoken.

●     Experience in presentations and talking to potential clients, high level of verbal communication

(in Portuguese).

●     Relevant sectors experience - orchards (apples, citrus), forestry (eucalyptus), low crops (sugar, soy). Strong network is an advantage.

●     Center of operation is located in Bauru, SP - Traveling is expected all around SP, SC, MS states.

●     Experience managing at least 5 employees in Biz dev \ Sales \ Marketing.

●     Problem solver.

●     Quick learner.

●     Independent and resourceful.
